Photo Ops for My Readers

Pippa loves looking out on the porch.  She has gotten
leggier and smarter!

You just KNOW i had to do something silly for 76

In spite of all the challenges, I went to the “mad Hatters Tea”
at Greenhaven Lutheran Church.  This is a vintage hat that
my daughter, Kristen, bought me some years ago when we used
to haunt antique stores looking for shuttles.

ZELLA  1 year old..loves water

What an interesting looking cat. Are his ancestors from the wild?

That's a beautiful and unusual cat. What breed is it?

Hooray for Blue Hair! Yours give a whole new meaning to the term "blue haired lady" -- I want to do that once mine goes such a pretty silver!

I just saw this updated post with the photos! I love your hat, and your hair color looks good! And Pippa looks SO exotic - a really long body! I wonder if you knew she would share a name with the new "Royals"! Your granddaughter is SO cute! And we certainly congratulate your grandson's achievement with the SEALS! We are so grateful for his dedication and service. Thanks for posting these!

Thank you all for your comments, sorry to be so tardy in my return but this darned hand is so unpredictable.

PIPPA: No I knew nothing of the Royal’s even having a Pippa; but she is named after a gorgeous English woman who is a very good mate of mine! LOL

She is an F2 (foundation stock second generation) Bengal; which are from a wild Asian cat
crossed on a couple of smooth coated domestic breeds some years ago. The males get up to 19 lbs, She weighs around 12 pounds. Pippa has become less tooth and nail now that she is two She finally realized those claws hurt her people, she has become husband’s cat; she obeys him and knows “No” “Get Down” “treats” and “go to bed”. She goes to bed and he covers her up with a small, fleece blanket. She still likes to ‘love bite” and doesn’t break skin, I get most of that sort of love! LOL

SEAL Nate will be stationed in San Diego, CA in the near future and he is doing well.

Zella is a butterfly for Halloween, hopefully there will be a photo to share.

Hugs from me...bev
