FOR A HUNNY BUNNY

I Love Somebunny. . . .

From Jeanette Baker's first book/DVD: "Learn to Tat" Heart tatted for undisclosed valentine.
Size 20 Lavender Orchid HDT by Yarnplayer. With a bit of planned thread placement, so I could get the lighter colors to be the same for the center top and bottom. I blocked the piece and DH starched it for me...it may be one of the best results I've tatted...

Thank you for visiting me so regularly; a huge lift for me! LOL
I hope my HB likes it, she appreciates everything I tat! LOL
Jane, thank you so much for the positive reinforcement, means a lot coming from you!
Yes Diane, it is fun to tat ~ probably why I've done two..LOL I was looking for a fairly easy pattern for newbie tatters and this seems to fit that criteria.
With a grateful heart ~ Bev

It's lovely. How in the world did you get the top and bottom of the heart's colour to match. Wow.

Hi WickedTats :>)
I used HDT. The ball (second shuttle) thread was the darkest color of the multicolor. The shuttle thread was the multi color slow change. So, when I came to the points, I did a Shoe Lace Trick to use the lighter. Also, once in a while, to get what I want, I WILL cut the thread and do a planned thread add at a ring, utilizing the color I want, before the next chain. I didn't have to do that with this one ~ it worked out with the simple SLT..
It was fun.... hugs Bev
