Rebekah's Wedding Edging

Finished Rebekah's bit of tatting for her wedding head piece. Zena Herbert at "The Sea of Dreams", Moracambie UK, is designing a wedding head adornment and she and Bekah requested that 'Oma' tat six-inches of edging for the piece.
Pattern is from Mary Konier, "beauty spots" which incorporates all rings and Josephine knots. It is tatted in Anchor, size 30 and is about 3/4" wide and is meant to have a curve.
Rebekah and Omar will be married in June of 2010; as soon as he gets his Secondary Teaching Degree and a position!

That is a very pretty edging, and it will mean so much more because it was tatted by you!

I love this edging, its one of my favorites. Have you noticed that if you turn it upside down its a series of hearts?

Victats. No I really hadn't until you pointed that out;
how serendipitous for a wedding. The bride is fortunate to have Linda Davies tatted bouquet and her Grandmother's tatting ~ I know she will cherish both, Diane. She's a pretty good "kid" (she is almost 25).

Debbie thank you, for stopping by and I am posting something to you (nothing big, mind you) next Monday.

Thank you Dame Penniwig ~ always good to see you here. I enjoy your blog so much. I love art and artists, you know!
